Welcome to the client section of our website, and thank you for considering becoming a client of Hargreaves, MacKenzie & Kelly. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have if we haven’t answered all of your questions already.

To become a client, the process is quite simple. Firstly, you will need to sign our Terms & Conditions (after you have read them) and also pay the Engagement Fee of £495.00 plus Vat. This has to happen under the Law of Contract, and there is an Offer, an Acceptance, and a Consideration. We offer our services, you Accept by signing our T&C’s and the Consideration is the £495.00 plus Vat. Once the paperwork is complete and the fee is paid, you are a client, and all of our services are open to you. We would also request that you upload your current Anti Money Laundering Documents. These are usually a copy passport or driving licence and a utility bill (less than three months old). It is a requirement that we hold these documents, and we would also need to keep them updated and current. We are fully compliant with the Information Commissioners Office, and we are registered with them, so you can rest assured that your documents will be stored securely.
